Pentelica Pharmacy
Designed by LL Associates and completed in 2016, the project received an honourable mention as the “Best project of the years 2012-2016” from the Greek architecture magazine Domés. The pharmacy’s commercial name comes from the endemic plant “Silene pentelica”, which grows only in the mountain of Penteli.

A Walk in the Park: Slow TV-inspired stroll in Athens
Lockdowns around the world have made us see our urban green spaces anew. For many of us, parks, marshes, greens, commons, riversides and other green spots were the only open escape from our homes and the interior routines of quarantine. In this film, inspired by the Scandinavian Slow TV movement, we pay homage to our urban nature with a simple walk in the park.

"Panoptis" Apartment
The typical apartment of the 70’s was transformed into a modern home by Gavalas Architects, in 2019. Its linear floor plan with the characteristic view of the Acropolis contributed to the synthetic idea of a game between public and private spaces, light and shadow, as well as a game of hide and seek with the city.
