An abandoned summer house that has been renovated from scratch to offer ergonomics and a modern quality of life. The central idea was divided into two main axes. The first was the best visual contact with the sea and the surrounding green space and the second, the spatial continuity of the living room with the outdoor terrace and courtyard.
