When renovating the atrium terraced house in Murgle, built in 1982, architects wanted to preserve the typical exterior of the house, which defines the image of a sheltered residential neighborhood. Although the interventions on the outside are delayed, they radically changed the living space on the inside with small interventions, which now opens completely towards the atrium. The new single space connects the kitchen and dining room and descends through cascades into the living room, which opens onto the green atrium. In the warmer months, it serves as an extension of the living space. The boundary between outdoor and indoor space is blurred.
