OPEN HOUSE ROMA
ROME, ITALY

The 11th edition of Open House Rome is doubling in length to 9 days, offering participants the chance to explore historical buildings and contemporary architecture across the city. With 200 usually inaccessible buildings and sites, 50 dedicated events, and 40 free urban tours, this festival edition focuses on the concept of Equilibrium. Explore sites such as the Casa dei Cavalieri di Rodi, the Fontana di Trevi Hydraulic Castle, and Villa Medici. The event will also feature activities for children and special tours designed for people with disabilities.

OPEN HOUSE ROSARIO
ROSARIO, ARGENTINA
20-21 MAY

Open House Rosario incorporates a unique approach to individual and collective memory with 8 urban tours and almost 100 buildings. Highlights include the landmarks National Flag Monument and Palacio de los Leones. Parallel events include a special tribute to Rosarino architect Ermete De Lorenzi (1900-1971); Recorridos Urbanos De la Memoria tours that showcase the city's architecture during Argentina's darkest historical period; and Rosario Ilumina, a lighting design intervention on public buildings.

OPEN HOUSE GDYNIA
GDYNIA, POLAND
26-28 MAY

More than 60 buildings are part of this year's edition of Open House Gdynia titled Bananas – a reference to a shipping company that brought bananas to Gdynia on ocean liners and the city's history as a fishing village before the port's construction. Among the sites to explore are the City Police Department, designed by Wacław Tomaszewski and Zbigniew Wóycicki, and The Dollar Building, the 11-story complex built during the peak of communism, where apartments could only be purchased in US dollars.
