This year, Open House Hobart has joined the Open House Worldwide network, returning for its thirteenth edition with over 100 buildings, activities, walking tours across Nipaluna/Hobart. The programme also features ‘Open Practice,’ inviting the public into Hobart’s architecture studios to connect with architects and discover the creative process behind the city’s built environment. Popular favourite sites include Hampden Road House by Archier; The Boathouse by Maguire + Devine Architects; Blue Magnolia by Biotope Architecture and Interiors; and Fusilier’s Cottage by Bence Mulcahy.

Open House Palma celebrates its fifth edition with a week of activities exploring architecture and urban life across the city. Highlights include the Architecture and Mental Health Sessions, featuring international speakers such as Izaskun Chinchilla and Julia del Río, as well as a hands-on workshop on urban well-being. Visitors can also enjoy guided walks through Palma’s outer neighbourhoods, a roundtable on contemporary heritage, and the opening of 62 buildings, including Terreno Barrio Hotel, OHLAB’s new studio, and the General Hospital of Mallorca.
